Darralyn Duffy is one of the Principals of Century 21 Advance Realty and has been a principal of an agency for over 17 years. She focuses on Operations Management but also oversees Property Management whilst taking care of a small portfolio of properties.

Darralyn has both Sales Representative and Property Manager REIWA 2021 Accreditations.

Darralyn is currently on the board of REEFWA (Real Estate Employer Federation of Western Australia) and is a Justice of the Peace.
After completing her MBA, Darralyn also developed a new payment structure for salespeople in real estate which has led to the sustainable growth of the team and makes Century 21 an employer of choice! This allows them to support the local community and put money back into the local economy. She has also developed a performance management program that sees staff remain motivated and has fairness to support a wonderfully organic office culture. These developments saw Century 21 win the 2018 REIWA Excellence Awards - Innovation Award.
She has been a pivotal staff member in helping the office achieve the coveted Century 21 Australia's 2100 Cup in 2015 and continues to seek the best out of the staff to achieve maximum personal growth.
Darralyn has a health industry background being a Podiatrist and was one of the Podiatrists working at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. She sold her practice to take on a new challenge and found the real estate industry had just what she needed. She has two adult children and two grandchildren and has been married for 29 years to her wonderful partner Paul.
