About Natalie Bryce

A mother of 3 children and Nanny to 5 beautiful grandchildren. I have been a strata manager for the last 6 years however and have previously worked locally in real estate. Strata has enabled me to have an excellent understanding of Bylaws, financials and budgets. I have a can-do attitude and personal satisfaction for making things happen. I'm always looking for new experiences and knowledge.

Interested in developments, strata, maintenance coordinating and assisting clients in the transition to their new home/strata. Having lived on rural properties I have good knowledge of the local shire requirements, building envelopes and land management.

My time is spent with my grandchildren in who play a major role in my life. When I have the opportunity, I enjoy the freedom and grounding that riding my horse Hudson gives me.
